Cancellation policy for guests

Reservation canceled by host

If the booking is canceled by the host, you will receive a full refund. Keep in mind that even if the refund is immediate on our side, it may take up to 10 business days for it to appear in your account due to the processing time between banks.

If the reservation is canceled by you

Keep in mind, that if you choose to cancel your booking:

More than 14 days before the originally booked experience date *: you will receive credits for the full value paid for the experience.

Less than 14 days before the date of the originally booked experience *: the host will be fully paid, you will not receive a refund.

* Please take into account the start time of the tour in the time zone of the experience, to calculate the cancellation terms.

Booking requests rejected / withdrawn / expired

All reservations on request must be confirmed by the host within 48 hours.

If the booking request is rejected or unconfirmed within 48 hours of the host, or when you withdraw the request before it was confirmed, you will receive a full refund.
